This April 7th 2011 marks our 5th Anniversary in Business. As some of you will know we started with 32 seats, a Wolfe 4 burner stove of which only 3 burners worked. A deep fryer that leaked every night and a 12" broiler. We had two old stand up freezers in a aluminum shed out back and a under counter dishwasher that sparked every time it got wet. We now have 56 seats plus a 14 seat patio, a brand new kitchen,dish washer and walk in cooler. Chef Bruno will celebrate 5 years with us on the long weekend in May. Since we opened we have had 3 family weddings including our son Sean's. We have welcomed new great nephews and nieces, and we started this season off by celebrating Agnes 90th birthday (Sheila's Mom} with family and friends at the Vanilla Pod.
